Now, for those emealsforyou.com members, you can send your recipes, meal plans and shopping lists to your Internet enabled cell phone or blackberry. This means you can prepare your week’s meal plan and send the shopping list to yourself. Once in the grocery market you can view the shopping list and ensure that you get all the ingredients you need and save money by not buying things you don’t need.
