Mu Shu Pork

Mu Shu Pork

Whether you spell it Moo Sho Pork or Mu Shu Pork this is still a really good way to use up some leftover pork and create a delicious meal for your family.  You will be surprised at their compliments as the ease of preparation doesn’t equal how good and satisfying this is.

Serve with some fried rice and you will think you are in Chinatown in San Francisco.
