Recipe of the Week – Mu Shu Pork

Whether you spell it Moo Sho Pork or Mu Shu Pork this is still a really good way to use up some leftover pork and create a delicious meal for your family. You will be surprised at their compliments as the ease of preparation doesn’t equal how good and satisfying this is.
Serve with some fried rice and you will think you are in Chinatown in San Francisco.
Mu Shu Pork

| 0.25 | recipe | pulled pork |
| 8 | medium | scallions, sliced |
| 1.5 | tsp | ginger, fresh, minced |
| 1.5 | tsp | garlic, chopped |
| 0.5 | cup | bean sprouts |
| 0.5 | cup | mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 | Tb | soy sauce |
| 4 | Tb | hoisin sauce |
| 12 | medium | tortillas, flour |
Cook pork according to recipe. Place in wok or frying pan, add half the scallions cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Add ginger, garlic. bean sprouts, mushrooms, soy and 1/4 of the hoisin sauce and stir. Heat flour tortillas in a moderate oven. Place some of the hoisin sauce on a tortillas, place the Mu Shu Pork on the tortillas and top with one some of the remaining scallions.
