Hi Tammy,

We offer several categories of recipes, from diet friendly to appetizers. As you make all the recipes and meal plans from scratch you may omit products that would effect your allergies. One of the really great options is our ability to adjust both the recipe and the shopping list to accommodate the number of people you are feeding. (1,2,4,6,8,10,12) so that you could pick a recipe for yourself and the program will automatically adjust the ingredients for one serving. Then pick a recipe for your family and the program will adjust that recipe as well for that number of servings. Simply save the recipes into your Meal Plan Box and you can automatically create a shopping list for that meal and any others your choose. This makes feeding your family ( and guests) meals that are both satisfying and good for you, specialized to your needs.

Best regards,
chef jake
